By accessing this website or booking services with Arka Lens, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, videos, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Arka Lens. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Booking & Cancellations

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure any date for photography or cinematography services. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may require full payment depending on the contract signed at booking.

3. Usage Rights for Clients

Upon final delivery, clients are granted a license for personal use of the images and videos. Clients may share media on social media and print for personal homes. Commercial use (selling the images or using them for third-party advertising) requires a separate commercial license.

4. Creative License

Arka Lens reserves the right to edit images and videos according to our artistic style. Raw files (RAW/LOG footage) are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in the commercial contract.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care of our equipment and data, Arka Lens is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures beyond our control (e.g., memory card corruption), though we maintain multiple backups to mitigate this risk.
